Integrate the implicit implementation of nektar-driftwave into the 2Din3DHW equation system.

This works within nektar-driftwave.
i.e. I can convert the (2D-in-2D) implicit implementation to 2D-in-3D and it runs with the same mesh, ICs as the NESO eg).

The implementation in NESO fails (non-linear solver fails to converge), and isn't trivial to diff against driftwave...
currently trying to debug.
