Problem: algorithm does not converge with oscillating eigen values. possibly due to the open boundary condition.
Try: Stick to the infinite-size algorithm but implement periodic boundary condition.
Implement: update environment tensor to 4 leg, with the outmost leg closing with the other environment tensor.
