What are some manual tests that we can automate?

Budget

• Kevin's consultation: $490 (just under eight hours: an hour with Lucy on 12/16, an hour meeting with @bbertucc to work on form, an hour to send it to people, an hour to review responses with @bbertucc, and three hours to do extended calls with select people)
• Lucy's Consultation: $70 (an hour for a call)
• @bbertucc work: $280 (an hour to work on the form, an hour to send it to people, and two hours to do extended calls)
• Comp up to five other people for their time and feedback: $350 ($70 per hour session, prioritizing disabled a11y pros/devs)
  Total so far: $840

Process

• @kevinandrews1 will budget this work.
• @bbertucc will approve budget.
• @kevinandrews1 and @bbertucc will launch survey on 1/6 at 3PM CST.
• @kevinandrews1 and @bbertucc will post findings and discuss next steps on 1/27 at 3PM CST.
• @bbertucc will incorporate into frontend Version 2 Frontend Design #492 and close this issue.
