Create Tabs for Different Moods

Describe your problem

On the home page, create at least three different tabs, each representing a different Mood, and give users the ability to switch between the Moods at will.

Describe the solution you'd like

The tabs should be fixed at the top of the feed so that they can be switched at any time with ease.

Additional context

This feature will have to work in tandem with the post features so that the posts can be put into certain Moods.
