In J and K series "Quiet priority" can be set to Sound or Capacity.
Would be great to able to change the setting in relation to outdoor temperature.

On "sound" the controller is less aggressive and powerful.

You can see the difference in the screenshot. Until about 8:30 it was still set to "sound" but it could not reach the requested temperature.
The 2 high peaks to about 80 Hz are coming from manually activated boost mode.

Why you are using Quite mode , if HP can't reach requested temperature ?

And it's still fluctuate... Or it is defrost? Or quiet mode is really for sound reduce?

It made sense when outside temperature was higher (above approx. 5°) as it extended on times and reduced cycling. Right now it is around freezing point.
Fluctuation comes from de-frosting. Option is probably to reduce sound beside quiet-modes.
