I want make animation buttons scrolling for acessing the services like Home,Opportunities,About like that

I made this scrolling buttons as animation to attract easily

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have used Html,css programmming languages to solve this

Additional context

Scrolling buttons easily and animation done on it then it moves animatedly
