FEAT: CONVERT JPG IMAGES TO WEBP ON ENTIRE REPOSITORY 🚀

• This feature is related to performance of the gallery problem.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Currently every images are served in jpg format, due to this reason an average image weighs more than 200kb.
• The entire repository consists of many number of highly sized png and jpg images, we need to convert them all to webp image.
• Converting to webp image will results in increasing of the site's performance drastically 🚀
• Because average webp will only sizes around 70kb, Additionally we want to modify the image sources on source code also from png, jpg to webp.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• There's no alternative to improve the performance rather than converting these static assets
