A few years ago, the synth level of Blessed Briault was lowered from 102 to 100:

However, the desynth level of Blessed Briault is still 102 (as seen on this page):

I have no hard proof, but basically every item in the game has their synthesis and de-synth level set to the same level. I assume the de-synth level not changing was an oversight when the change was made. (sorry if this was intentionally not changed and for not having evidence)
