Cehn Teyohngo (Open sea route to Al Zahbi) and Pashi Maccaleh (Open sea route to Mhaura) are both restocking Yellow Globes. https://wiki.ffo.jp/html/2484.html says that they shouldn't (gets autotranslated to "Yellow Gloves").
