The usual copy paste from the start appears to be missing? or did I click something.

Well regardless, Blind bolt is a static -10 acc on eden. JP wiki at early 2008 marks it should be 20.

The Spell blind seems to have (at current date) a 5-50 accuracy down according to wiki so 20 sounds reasonable (if 50 is even era)

If someone has proof on the 10, do let us know :).
