Did BCNM40 Tails of Woe, opened with a Horde Lullaby and slept all of the monsters including Helltail Harry:
have it set so that he is resistant to lullaby but not immune, just immune to dark-based sleep. it's been probably 5 years but i assume i did that for a reason and it's hard to lullaby sleep but not impossible. if you're repeatedly lullabying with success can look into fixing though.
It's been a bit but I don't remember being able to consistently sleep him, at least on subsequent lullabies after the first. Just figured if both BG wiki and ffxiclopedia agreed it should be immune it was at least worth a report to see if it should be changed.
for sure. ill probably end up checking again so ill leave it open. my guess is i didnt get a completely resists message when testing on retail, but it might need to be functionally immune.

Wiki and BG Wiki both claim that it should be immune to both Sleep and Lullaby:
