Document all Statuses in the GWAS Deposition and Curation System

As a Dveloper/Curator/User

We need a Documentation that clearly lists, categorizes, and describes all the statuses used in the GWAS Curation system (Deposition, Curation, and Summary Statistics File Management (if any), User Interfaces)

So we can have a single poitn of truth for referencing them both now and in future

This may Live here or any other place that seems more relevant in confluence
