This is a feature request. Whenever I run the VS Code command "View History (git log)", the editor switches to the pre-existing Git History tab. It does not switch branch history to the current branch or Refresh the commit history on the branch.
I have to resort to closing the tab and running "View History (git log)" again. It would be useful if the branch switch and refresh were automatic.
