[BUG] "Open repository on Github" not working #738

Describe the Bug
"Open repository on Github" doesn't do anything.

Steps To Reproduce

clone a repo (i cloned https://github.com/echizenryoma/Chocolatey-Package)
open repo in vscode
run command "git: view history (git log)"
click "Open repository on Github"

Expected Behavior
Repo opens in my browser.

Environment

OS: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22621.1555]
VSCode version: 1.77.3 (also tried in 1.79.0-insiders)
Git History version: v0.6.20
