Get Real IP in container logs

How do I get the real IP of visitors to one of my sites hosted on Dokploy? Currently I get an internal IP:

This is in the logs of the container itself, not from the requests page. On the requests page I do see the real IP.

If you are using nodejs you can use some public package like: https://www.npmjs.com/package/public-ip
