The resolution is normal when I use direct streams (like TV channels in ts in LOW quality) but on .mkv films (same direct link in LOW quality), the resolution is different, the faces etc are very abnormal, using H264

i'm using 1280*720, at 30fps

You need to use setStreamOpts function to edit the resolution, fps and similar settings.

What is the source resolution of the MKV files? Maybe the picture is getting stretched after you re-encode it to a different resolution

if you open it with ffmpeg it prints the input codec data
