The Future of Gacha

The Gacha System is a random means of Meta-Progression (Dex Completion, Pokemon-enabling, Pokemon Buffing) that the Player gains access to at random, through collecting vouchers from Item Rewards, and reliably, through Ribbon Completion in Classic.

• The Shiny Gacha allows the Player a means to collect random shinies fairly reliably, but not as reliably as in Endless.

• The Egg move Gacha allows the Player Pokemon-specific Meta Progression, by making it easier to complete new runs, and earn new ribbons for more vouchers, by affording random Pokemon their Egg Moves.

• The Legendary Gacha gives the Player a unique boost to Dex completion for Legendary Pokemon and Paradoxes.

Concerns

The Gacha is extremely important for Dex Completion
Simply catching Pokemon is not enough to complete the Dex as it currently exists. Certain Pokemon are completely locked behind the Gacha system. In addition, the rarity of certain Pokemon makes the chance of encountering them extremely slim.

Gacha's probably one of the things that made it addicting for some people.
The Gacha is literally a Slot Machine

imo the gacha's should be something to give a quick speed boost for metaprogression, not be one of the only ways for it (rare pokemon, egg moves)
The Gacha's current existence infringes on other features' or means', (Mystery Encounters, Egg Buying) of acquiring new Egg Moves, Passives, and obtaining new Pokemon.
