Phase indicator event not being raised in Mimiron hardmode fight

Describe the bug
Using MRT to trigger note timers for the fight often rely on DMB to throw the appropriate phase indicators.
eg P2 for body phase

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log, event isn't thrown

To Reproduce

1. make MRT note with a phase dependent timer, notice that it will not trigger in p2
