Random seed is given to the model for reproducibility. Somewhere in the documentation we should have something like "set this to the long form date, e.g. 20241122", otherwise we add to the problem of the same high-profile seeds getting reused all the time.

Added documetnation on statistical disclosure - this one is flagged as an Issue for the _example package, but it doesn't hurt to have it in both locations.
