Game crashes when attempting to load world #2271
Comments
From the log, looks like some NBT data failed to load, could be corrupt? Something to do with this mod |
Aw man I sure hope not. This probably isn't how this works but would there be a way to restore it with just the world file? I stupidly reinstalled the modpack before I figured out how to access the backup, and now I don't have a backup, just a copy of the world |
Maybe delete the config for the com.bloodnbonesgaming.topography mod and see if that does anything |
Crash :/ Thank you for your help though, I really appreciate it. |
Bug Description
When I attempt to load my world, my game crashes
Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
I've been using the same version for the entirety of this world's playthrough
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
I'm not quite sure what triggered it in the first place, but:
1. Launch Skyfactory4
2. Singleplayer > Load world
3. Game Crashes
Logs
World Information
This world has given me issues before. On occasion, my entire computer would crash when exploring the nether.
The very last time I was able to play this world, I was standing on top of an apple tree on my base. I went to the bathroom for a moment and when I came back my computer had already restarted and the world would never load again

What I've Tried
So far I have:
If anybody has any solutions I'm all ears. I really don't want to restart, especially if this were to happen again.
Also, I tried looking for the AromaBackup folder to reload an older save but was unsure how to access it
