Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some games are not worth dumping And those games often receive updates constantly Like warframe.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way we can specify a list of title IDs that are simply ignored during a batch dump weather they have been dumped before or not.

Describe alternatives you've considered
a way to create an override file easily could work too

Additional context
Re dumping 20GB of warframe every week is a pain in the ass so is manually un ticking it and its updates each time. Same applies to any online only game
