프로젝트를 닫고 유지보수 모드에 들어갔으니 이에 맞게 간소화된 프로세스를 CONTRIBUTING.md에 반영해야 함.
(한글로 작성해두면 처음 오시는 분들이 더 친근하게 느끼시지 않을까?)
