The website folder could be built by a framework or templates or something, but mainly what it needs is some actual design!

Right now the only restriction is that the first "a" tag aka link in an <li> will be added to the pre-crawl. So, nested sub-li's should also work.

@pdelfan please DO just submit a PR! What's there is just my very bad take -- we can blow it away and replace it with literally anything.
