And I am not sure if it can exactly correspond to recordings(albums) on TheSession

The peculiar aspect is each release has a corresponding Wikidata Q-ID displayed on the webpage.
For example, see https://musicbrainz.org/release/2807803f-f6d2-498c-84d8-9efec28ddf0a: the corresponding Q-ID is Q7821443.

I checked ten recordings in The Session and none of them are present on Wikidata. However, most of them are present in MusicBrainz.
