Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Functions can use the scoreboard to store additional information, but it's not always feasible.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to store additional information in an object's NBT.(ItemStacks, Entities, BlockEntities)

Additional context
It should be able to work with the data command, as well as other mods.
