In the same way we use this service now to recover accounts, it would be good if we used it for disabling accounts also.
Right now when we disable accounts there's a script we can use to do so, I think we could create a pretty simple UI flow that disables the account and applies the corresponding ldap changes based on why they're being disabled (COC violation, failed evals, etc.)
This would also guarantee that we disable accounts properly instead of disabling through stone which doesn't do things like clear discourse session or remove from certain groups.
