Problem

The game would be easier and more fun for the user to play if there were keyboard shortcuts for things like drawing more cards and calling Uno.

Solution

Add shortcut "spacebar" for drawing more cards
Add shortcut "enter" for calling Uno
Add shortcut "esc" for opening mini-menu of options
