Simplify Response Choices

Answering questions in the survey from the Nov. election was a little cumbersome because the response and the intensity was required. This issue is determining a way to simplify the user experience for answering questions

The simplest implementation would be a Tinder-style swipe-right/swipe-left UI. We would ask additional questions as the user answered more of these questions to gauge "intensity" and cover all of the categories.
