[UX2.0] Tracker association fails after edit in the UI

If you configure the sdwan.sdwan_transport_wan_vpn_interface_ethernet_feature_associate_tracker_feature resource all works OK. However if you then go to the UI and do any edits to associated tracker, the next TF apply will fail with:
