Whenever I load a resource pack in 1.19.4 I get a resource pack load fail (including the default pack). This issue does not occur in minecraft 1.19.3 and below. When I get the default pack load fail I see the last pack I had on replacing it (with a few exceptions). All mod related text is replaced with file names for their respective buttons.

I'm progressing on fixing this issue so I downgraded optifabric to the beta specifically meant for 1.19.4. I was met with an exit code 1 so I went through my mods searching for the mod that was causing exit code 1. I then found out that it was fabric api that was causing the exit code, and after updating it within the launcher it still didn't work.

See #1123 for the original report and #1201 for a potential fix. The artifact for #1201 may be found here and please report any issue you encounter (except for Origins and Fabric API 0.88.x since I'm already working on those).
