YouTube's rollout of IP-based blocking and rate-limiting have broken the channel synchronization feature 99% of the time.

To get my new PeerTube channel in-sync with YouTube, I had to login every day and manually trigger the sync again. Every time I did, all but one of the videos would fail to sync. So I had to do this every day until all of the videos were synced. For a large channel, this could take months of manual logging-in and clicking.

Describe the solution you would like

PeerTube should automatically force-retry the channel synchronization. I shouldn't have to click it every day.
