Hi - just wondering if there is a way to plot the individual clumps output from the gaussclumps implementation, rather than all of them combined? Or, alternatively, have access to the location/peak/width of the individual clumps?

With the current implementation of pycupid it is not possible to directly get the information you want. In order to get a similar interfaces between algorithms, in this first version we decided to not return all the info in the NDF cupid-structure.
However, as you pointed out, in GaussClumps extra info is needed. We will include this feature asap.
