Dependencies missing for setup_project.py

Project is missing src/Hello.cpp src/Hello.hpp and test/TestHello.hpp causing errors when trying to run setup_project.py to initialise. Bug was fixed locally by inserting the template files from https://github.com/Chaste/template_project/blob/main/test/TestHello.hpp but I thought I should let you know that that had to be done to get the project working.
