A mechanism that allows voters to run: /postanon.

Form opens up allowing the user to enter a maximum of 2000 characters.
Upon submission, the post is made by the bot and not the user that initialized the slash command to mask there identity.
- But why? to give feedback without fear of getting bombarded in DMs

Considerations:

Make the entire mechanism configurable so group(s) can either turn it on or off.
Limit the usage to possibly 3 - 4 times per day but also make it configurable to mitigate abuse of the command.
Log who's actually using the command in the .log file for the eyes of bot administrators only
