Auditlog app

As an auditlog is going to be required for a lot of upcoming apps, it might be an idea to create a generic audit log app. We could integrate and modify the existing auditlog solution present in the PPN and WED, or create a new one.

Requirements:

• Easy integration, ideally one just adds the app to INSTALLED_APPS and use a single call to log
• Ability to log to a seperate server
• Flexibility in what to log
• Tagging of logs (DELETE_DATA, LOGIN_ATTEMPT, etc)
