How to change language to eng in the container

Run tmoe, select manager -> locale/lang and modify it. Additionally, you can remove the LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 environment variable from the startup command（控制->高级设置->启动命令）.

I can't find the manager tab, and how can i change the locale value from Chinese to English :)
