Preparation

• Recording System Setup - Voctomix, HDMI grabber and the hardware they run on.
• Veyepar Setup - Veyepar workflow management, permanently lives on a server at PS1.

Day Before

• Venue Setup - Furniture and Tech supplied by the Venue.
• Recording Gear Deployment - Recording gear deployed by video crew on Friday.

Show Time

• Run Sheets - Print and deploy to clipboards, one for each room.

Post show (The Next Day)

• Veyepar Video Production - (Don't bother, too convoluted.)
• Reviewer - Crowd Sourcing the QA.
