Description

Currently, our platform lacks a structured feedback mechanism, hindering our ability to gather insights from users. To address this, we are creating a new feedback form from scratch. This form will be designed to be user-friendly and accessible across all devices, ensuring ease of use and compatibility with assistive technologies. Features will include clear instructions, multiple response options, and an anonymous submission option to encourage honest feedback. By implementing this new feedback form, we aim to establish a robust system that facilitates user engagement and provides valuable insights for improving our services.
