DevSecOps Issue

Summary

Prior to 12/13/24 we were able to successfully send messages from the ReportStream staging environment to Louisiana Department of Health's Natus instance

Host: api.neometrics.com
Port: 443 (rest api)

starting at at ~8 AM PDT on 12/13/24 we get the below error that we are still receiving as of right now.

java.net.UnknownHostException: api.neometrics.com: Name or service not known.

it appears we are now unable to resolve api.neometrics.com even though it is the correct hostname. Can we verify that we are allowing communication to this hostname through any firewalls.
