Description:

Larger valuesets in the query building flow are taking a long time to render the concept selection drawer. This seems to happen for valuesets with at least >1000 concepts, but maybe fewer

Acceptance Criteria:

GIVEN you're trying to build a query with a large set of concepts

WHEN you try to update individual concepts

THEN the page loads responsively
