keeps refreshing

i have ran the SQL tested on webserver with correct info to DB as root and a password (NOT BLANK)
and tried
default username

1234
changeme

and page just refreshes it will nopt log me in

same for me, just install MySQL, change information, cant have access

I also. Changed. All file perms. To to allow execute and still same. So I think it's broken
