Bug description

The image 3.2.0 does not work, the executable does not seem to have been copied

/usr/local/bin/cloud-scanner-cli: no such file or directory

The executable is created and is found, no idea why it can't be called

Someone reported a similar issue on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/66963068/docker-alpine-executable-binary-not-found-even-if-in-path
