Combine enrichmentMap plot and network plot #555

Hello,

I have a plot of an enrichmentMap with somes pathways, and another plot of network with miRNA and the same pathayws of my enrichmentMap.

Does some one know how to combine them in one plot ?

There are a few things you can do.

  1. In cytoscape, under tools you can find the feature to merge networks.

  1. Alternately, I am not sure what sort of data your second network is but there is a feature in enrichment map where you can load signature sets onto to your network. drug targets, miR targets ... or any set of interest. You can add your miR targets or miR nodes directly to your original Enrichment map using that features - https://enrichmentmap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/PostAnalysis.html
