Cant install opencc 1.19 with npm on Windows 11

I havent been able to install opencc with npm install so i tried with the tarball of newest 1.19 update but i still get the same issue. I do have VS code installed so i dont know why i get this error:

try to use npm i git+https://github.com/BYVoid/OpenCC

Thanks for the suggestion but I still got basically the same error.
I also tried running this inside of VS cmd and PowerShell terminals but the results are the same
