Describe the bug
Acording to Wolf-Kin of Russ rule, that unit is HQ choice not a retinue kind option for Leman Russ. Because of that issue Player can have 4 HQ choices not 3.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create Space Wolf rooster for 2000 points
  2. Add Leman russ in Primarch section
  3. Add Wolf-Kin of Russ option
  4. Observe the results

Expected behavior
Wolf Kin of Russ should be moved to HQ slots

They don't take up a FoC slot, that is why we put the selection in a similar manor to retinue.
