Word Bearers: Mhara Gal Dreadnought should not have Blind

The Mhara Gal Dreadnought shows Blind it its Rules list. Checking in the Liber Hereticus, the unit does not have the Blind rule

To Reproduce
Create a new list with the LA - XVII: Word Bearers faction
Change Allegiance to Traitor
Add a Mhara Gal Dreadnought from the Elites section
View the Mhara Gal

Expected behavior
The unit should not show the Blind rule, and the rule should not appear in the list of rules

Looks like this is not fixed - still seeing Blind in the unit description in v19.4.0
