Create a draft for the data capture for ERKER4NARSE with specific steps to be taken.

set up ERKER_v1.7_NARSE instrument

• copy '@hidden' into all Field Annotations data elements in a separate ERKER_v1.7 form REDCap (tip: you can also do this by editing the data dictionary and upload the data dictionary to REDCap)
• rename this new instrument to 'ERKER_v1.7_NARSE'
• prospectively for v1.8 we will use @if Action tag, asking at the beginning of the form whether this data capture is for NARSE y/n, then if 'y' then only NARSE elements will be shown (see dev/ERKER_development.md)

set up guideline for data elements

• study the comments on difficult data elements by Jael Cheng (UKK)
• set up a guideline for specific guidance & explanations on all data elements w/ Jessica
