When a user is deleted all personal information is removed/anonymized
Existing public recipes should still be public, but with some sort of deleted user mark on creator
When deleting user inform of what is being deleted, and what is not, so they have a chance to delete what is not being done automatically
Options

Note we need to figure out how to handle deletions in the future when forks of recipes becomes a thing.
