Thaumic infusion deco blocks unobtainable

Unabridged or Abridged version:
Unabridged 3

Issue Description:
All the aspect blocks from Thaumic infusion can not be crafted, they are all decorative blocks, so it would be strange if they are blocked by the mod itself

Steps to Reproduce:

1. get the right research (test with /thaumcraft research {name} all
2. try to craft the aspect blocks
