Currently only the large (128 GB) Windows Server 2016 SKU is listed as supported.

Please add support for the small disk SKU

@gregjhogan to help with our planning, how many scale sets and scale set VMs do you plan to onboard with small disk SKU?

@gbowerman 1 scale set with 256 VMs (which scales down to 1 instance daily). It is possible in the near future that we will need to double the max size of this scale set, too.
